2.ONLINE PAYMENT WITH CARD

 

You can pay online with your personal card or business card, in full security. Accepted payment cards are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro if they have CVV2 / CVC2 code).

No additional commissions are charged for transactions.

Processing of card data is done exclusively on PlatiOnline servers.

The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that PlatiOnline does not store the confidential data of your card, but sends them encrypted on a secure connection to the processor bank. That's how your information is safe.

Regardless of the currency you have in your account, transactions are made in LEI, at your bank's exchange rate. The card transaction will appear on your account statement INOVECO ENERGY SRL.

Select the type of bank card you want to pay (VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON or MAESTRO)

For the payment to be successful, you must fill in the following data fields correctly:

 

card number - here fill in the 16-digit number without space between them

validity until the-date of the card validity

CVC2 / CVV2 - is the code found on the back of the card where your signature is. These are the last 3 digits of the signature!

In the last step, you may be asked to confirm the transaction using the secure secure 3-D code that you will receive via e-mail or SMS.

 

 

3.POSSIBLE CAUSES OF ERRORS


   Bank card details have not been filled in correctly: you can repeat the payment and fill in the data again.

   In your account, you do not have enough money or you have exceeded the limit for internet transactions.

  The card is not authorized for internet transactions: In this case, you must contact your bank.

  There was an error while communicating with the server: please try paying again a bit later.
